The New York Knicks just traded Channing Frye and Steve Francis to Portland for Zach Randolph, Dan Dickau and Fred Jones. I don't really know what this does for either team besides LESS shots to go around in NY and in Portland, they got a player (Francis) with a suspect personality in the locker room and potential jam in the 4-5 position now. I think its time to get rid of Pryzbilla.
