Divisional Playoff weekend!
So far the playoffs have panned out like this
Say goodbye to the Titans. It was a close game until the 4th quarter when Norv Turner decided to go for it on 4th and Goal and LT made an amazing leap over the pile to score his only TD of the game. The Titans had an amazing season and considering they made they playoffs two years after having the 3rd pick in the NFL draft, things have really turned around for the team. Vince Young still has a long way to go, but in a few years he'll put in the top 5 QBs in the league. As for the Madden Curse, can we necessarily call for it? He didn't have as good of a statistical season as he did last year, but all great QBs regress a bit after their first season, right? I mean just look at Alex Smith...
The dream is over for the Redskins. It was unbelievable how the ended in the playoffs anyway - all the odds seemed against them about halfway through the season (sounds familiar...) but they pulled through and played with extreme passion. After losing in the first round, Hall of Fame coach Joe Gibbs decided to resign from his position leaving the team with another great loss.

Remember when these two teams met in the regular season? Peyton Manning had this worst game...ever with his 6 INTs. Now the chances of that happening again are slimmer than Patrick O'Bryant's chances of making the starting lineup this year, but I could forsee an upset if Cromartie, Merriman, and the rest of the Chargers defense starts playing out of their mind. But here's the real problem for SD - Marvin Harrison's back. Watch for his 2 TD comeback game!
Jacksonville Jaguars @ New England Patriots |

Can the Jags really upset the Patriots? Nope. Let's be honest here - the Jags defense played horrendous last week against the Steelers and almost blew a huge lead in the 4th quarter. The Patriots? They're well rested and still hungry for that undefeated the season. R Dizzle says - Patriots score at least 40.

Mike Holmgren and Brett Favre meet again in this heated playoff match. With Favre putting up one of the best season's of his career, it doesn't seem like the Seahawks have any chance at upsetting the Packers. Seattle's running game is horrendous considering two years ago Shaun Alexander set the single season TD record and the Packers are starting to find some stride in that regard. Besides, look at it this way - it's at Lambeau field in January.
New York Giants @ Dallas Cowboys |

Don't count out the upset. The last time the Cowboys won a playoff game was 11 years ago in 1996. T.O's still injured (although he will play), Romo looked like Alex Smith in the last few games of the season, and the team as whole has lost its stride. Besides, remember what happened last year in the playoffs? Romo choked!
