Keith Smart
On the final minute of the game:
"Our guys kept their composure. I like Dorell Wright taking the ball out because he is not a panic guy. Crazy things can happen on the road but we managed to keep it together and got the win."

On the team’s backcourt of Stephen Curry and Monta Ellis:
"Sometimes we look at all of the disadvantages that could happen. The only disadvantage is that they are smaller. But let’s look at the positives of what these two guys are capable of doing on any given night. I know what they can do and what they are capable of doing. Our team also knew how to help compensate for that when they were matched up against a bigger guy."

On taking an early lead to start the game:
"This was the right game and pace that we needed on the road. We couldn’t play behind the Bobcats. This team has had success over their last two games because they got off to a fast start. I needed a quick start for our team to get them running behind us. Every basket as a result was very important for them to make."
Stephen Curry
On winning in his hometown:
"It’s always nice to come home and it feels good. It’s not a rivalry against the Bobcats or anything, but to see all my Davidson fans, people from high school and people I grew up with, for them to come watch me play and play well. It definitely feels good to have a lot of support in the building."

On how the team tried to slow down the Bobcats' transition game:
"Just by running. Getting back in and trying to stay ahead of the ball. Slowing D.J. (Augustin) down because he pushes their tempo from the time he gets the ball to all the way down the court. My job was to stay in front of him, make him change directions, put bodies in front of their running wings and just try to put a wall up."
David Lee
On his teammates:
"They did a great job. Steph (Curry) shot the ball better tonight. He’s got his legs underneath him now. Monta (Ellis) was Monta and Dorell (Wright) hit some outside shots tonight. They did a great job."

On the game's final seconds:
"After we had that offensive foul, I was just thinking about how bad of a game it would be to drop. Although it was close, it would have been a tough one to lose on the road and we needed that game so I’m glad we got it."
