Postgame Quotes from warriors.com recap

Don Nelson
On tonight's game:
"[We went] from one of our best wins in the last game to one of our worst first halves of the season. I'm very disappointed in the way the team played. Coming out of the locker room, I called on them in the second half and they responded. If we would have played that way the whole game we would have had a pretty good chance to win. It's not the way that it went tonight, so we ended up losing the game that should have been a winnable game for us."
v On the play of 76ers G Lou Williams:
"They all made shots in the first half, whenever they were open they just made the shots. I just took whatever steam we had, which wasn't much anyways, right out of us so we became very passive. Instead of competing harder, we competed less. [Williams] is a terrific player and he had a great game tonight. The 10 rebounds are probably as big as the 26 points that he had. He competed, he was under control, and had super game."
Monta Ellis
On the comback effort:
"We got defensive stops, we should have done that in the first half. We didn't play too well, we got down and they never turned it off. We clawed our way back but we didn't make plays at the end. That's it, we really just needed one stop at the end, and Louis Williams hit a big shot at the end and sealed the deal."

On Coach Nelson at halftime:
"He woke everybody up and the second half we just had to come out and do whatever it is we needed to do."
Chris Hunter
On tonight's game:
"We just got down too much in the first half, and didn't play the way we should play in the first half, and it's hard to comeback from those types of deficits. We just have to come out and play like we know how to play, and have energy and be decisive with the ball, get after it on defense. I don't think we were doing that in the first half we just did that in the second half and were able to get back into the game."
Anthony Morrow
On tonight's game:
"They were making shots and we weren't really making any shots. When you don't have any energy and you're not making shots, you put a lot of pressure on yourself."

On the slow start:
"I think if our shots were falling it would've been a little easier on us, but obviously our shots weren't falling in the first half. We just have to bounce back and get ready for the next game."

On the late comeback:
"We started picking up our tempo and shots started falling again We started scrambling on defense, forcing them into some tough shots, they started missing and we started rebounding and getting out and running. That's how we like to play, so we just have to play like that the whole game."
