1:37 min: Tim Roye's Game Recap
Keith Smart
On tonight's game:
"We didn’t have the energy, we were a flat team. For whatever reason we were a flat basketball team to start off. The first half we didn’t have the kind of energy to play againstva team that was going to be energetic. For whatever reason we didn’t have the energy to get to the long rebounds. This game doesn’t tell me what’s going to happen on the road, it just tells me we didn’t have it this game. We’ve done it for long occasions prior to this game, but we just have to find our rhythm coming back from the break…and we need to find our rhythm on offense we have to find that again and get ourselves are going. We are not making the shots that we normally have made and we are dropping our heads. We've just got to find and rhythm, and perhaps we’ll find it on the road."
Stephen Curry
On tonight's game:
"I thought we came out in the first four or five minutes with energy, they just hit a lot of shots. Our coverage failed us a little bit; we didn’t have the effort to kind to execute on the defensive end. I guess against this team you have to give multiple efforts because you have to give so much help to the post. They are a long, athletic and big team. That got us out of rhythm early and they pretty much dominated the whole game from that point on."

On getting the momentum back:
"We need to just get a win and start feeling good about ourselves. We have to dig deep on this road trip. Seven games to stay in this race, we still have a huge hole to get out of after these last two games."
David Lee
On tonight's game:
"We didn’t play well, top to bottom. It started with the first unit. I missed some chippys that I usually make in the first half, Monta (Ellis) didn’t have his best shooting night, Steph (Curry) didn’t have his best shooting night, Dorell (Wright) didn’t have his best shooting night. On top of that our scouting report was to force them to shoot jumpers and contest jumpers rather than kill us in the paint. Guys like Josh Smith and Jamal Crawford had it going early and that’s a bad combination."

On the upcoming road trip:
"We knew that this road trip was going to be huge for us either way. When we return home we will have a much better idea where we stand. But we just need to regroup and get on the road."

Notes

- No interesting notes to add tonight.

What's next?

- A massive roadtrip: @TWolves, @Pacers, @Wizards, @Celtics, @Sixers, @Cavaliers, @Nets. 7 games in 11 days. Including travel days, that's 12 or 13 days away from the Bay. That's a tough test for the Warriors, plus lots of afternoon start times for us fans.

On the bright side, there are some should-wins (@TWolves, @Wizards, @Cavaliers, @Nets) and a couple of could-wins (@Pacers, @Sixers), so I expect this to be a good road trip.

On the dark side, tonight's loss isn't exactly inspiring hope for this road trip.
