Keith Smart
On his feelings now that the season is over:
"It feels good. I think what we tried to do from the beginning is try and lay down a foundation and I think our fans of course have always been supportive but those players over there… they followed my lead pretty well. What I was trying to do with them was to get them to be a team first and and then develop their skills. I think we have a lot of guys that have developed very well this year and along the way we won some games and won against some teams that we probably couldn’t have beat…but it showed them that they could play against certain teams and that’s some growth. Next year we can come into this season and see the line of teams that will be in the playoffs and say ‘We played that team and we beat that team.’ We can play at a high level and our players will continue to get better and stronger. It’s over now, but it’s not over. This is just one chapter that we’ve closed; we’ve got a book we are trying to complete."
On his satisfaction with this season:
"I’m satisfied with the progress. Win total…I know I’m judged on win total and we want to get to the playoffs that’s our goal. I think you have to have progress first before you get to where you want to go. You must have the progress and have everybody moving in the same direction. That was a goal that was accomplished I believe. Now we can start from a nice high number (36 wins) to where we need to go. We have to start somewhere. We have to cut off the history that was negative and look at the positive moving forward and start from this ground."

Stephen Curry
On Coach Smart:
"(He) did a great job getting us in a better place than where we were last year. He’s not where he wants to be as a coach, he can tell you himself that he has a lot to learn and a lot to get better at. As we grow with him there is no stopping us."
"I’m just going to keep it simple. I want him as a coach. He works hard for me. I work hard for him. He knows everyone on the team and what we are capable of and the system that we put in this year. We are going to try to get better. I am going to leave it at that."

What's next?
82 games. 82 post game links. 82 titles. 82 polls. 85 yahoo box scores. 82 gameflows. 82 recaps. 82 highlight videos. 82... 82... 82...! (Actually, it's more than that if you count training camp and practice days.)
Boy am I pooped. So "what's next" is a couple of days off, then it's off to the playoffs to see how good teams play. Otherwise, it's NBA Lottery, NBA Draft, and Summer League (scratch that, looks like Summer League has been canceled) for us Warriors fans.
