Golden State Warriors vs Phoenix Suns Preview- Bigger than last night's Giants win!

Tonight will be more thrilling than the Giant's pennant clincher.

David Butler II-US PRESSWIRE

Tip-off: 7:30 pm PDT

Where: Roaracle Arena

TV: CSN Bay Area / Radio: KNBR 680

Blog buddy: Bright Side of the Sun

The Warriors open up their first of back-to-back games against the Suns at home tonight. Unlike next week's opening night showdown in Phoenix, tonight is still a preseason festivity.

You thought last night's big Giants win to earn a ticket to the 2012 World Series was big? Tonight is going to be even bigger. Huger perhaps. There's going to be so much at stake tonight at the Oracle Arena. I mean look at these thrilling subplots:

Will Jermaine O'Neal turn back the clock like it's 2004 and drop a monster 24 points and 10 boards?

Will Ike Diogu make Chris Mullin look like a genius for drafting him back in 2005? Ike if you remember was drafted one spot ahead of Andrew Bynum. If you really know your Warriors history, you'll also remember that Mullin took Diogu instead of All-Star-to-be Danny Granger because he didn't want to threaten his favorite small forward Mike Dunleavy Jr.

Will Wes Johnson turn into a Warrior killer and remove that bust label tonight?

Is Michael Beasley destined for a Donyell Marshall-like career trajectory?

Does Luis Scola still work for UPS?

Don't you just love preseason hoops?

Post your pre-game thoughts in the comments and we'll open up a game thread about an hour before tip-off.
