It's the moment we've all been waiting for since, since... well, since the Warriors openly tanked their 2011-2012 season when swapped some guy who crashed mopeds for Andrew Bogut. I remember back in the WE BELIEVE 2007 regular season run to make the playoffs, every single one of those last 15 or so games we exclaimed was THE. BIGGEST. GAME. FOR. THE. WARRIORS. SINCE. 1993.

In the same way I think we can accurately call tonight's game the biggest game for the Warriors since 2008 when they won 48 games and missed the playoffs in the Wild, Wild, West.

If you aren't excited for tonight's game, then you can't call yourself a Warriors fan.

If you want some more reading material before tonight's festivity, then don't sleep on my man Nate's Q&A with the excellent Bright Side of Sun:

If you've got some thoughts on Stephen Curry's 4 year $44 million dollar extension, share them over here.

If you haven't bought your GSOM NIGHT 12 tickets for this Friday's home opener against the Memphis Grizzles, then you need to get on that... yesterday.

If you want some funky predictions for this game, you'll have to check back for the GameThread an hour before tip-off.

The Warriors took out the Suns just a week ago for laughs and giggles in the preseason. I expect them to do the same tonight, except this time it's for real. It's also going to be the start of something FANtastic.

Post your pre-game thoughts in the comments and we'll open up a gamethread right before tip-off.
