Golden State Warriors vs. Oklahoma City Thunder Preview

New, comments

Our Warriors are gunning for a 3 game win streak, the only problem is that they're playing in OKC against Kevin Durant and an impressive 7-3 Thunder. Have no fear, it's all guts and glory with our Golden State Warriors squad. Lets do this!

These past 2 games have been pretty exciting to watch. Most important, we ended both games with back to back wins & the emergence of Harrison Barnes who's fun to watch!

The locker room is upbeat and us fans are pretty pleased, especially with the set back of 2 injuries (Rush & Bogut). With the Dubs going into Chesapeake Energy Arena to face the Thunder, it's gonna be huge challenge but we all know our team is up for the challenge. As long as we can get hot early with a high shooting percentage (and solid defense) and finish the 4th on top... I'm all for a win!

Who am I kidding?! It's the Thunder and these guys are on fire!

Some good things coming out of Golden State in the last 2 games has been our ability to out rebound the other team the Warriors had a combined 31 boards against both Atlanta and Minnesota. The Dubs' rookie sensation Harrison Barnes has been lighting up the stat sheets as well averaging 18.5 points & 11 rebounds. (last 2 games) Our floor general Stephen Curry has been consistently holding it down with some solid numbers: 17 points, 4 rebounds & 6 assists. Overall a solid team effort with fantastic results.

Our challenge tonight: Kevin Durant. The guy will go on a scoring rampage against our Dubs if he isn't contained early defensively. OKC has other shooters too that can rack up points quickly so rebounding & a defensive presence from Golden State is a must!
