Mark Jackson
On Struggling At The Start Of The Fourth Quarter:
“I thought initially we didn’t compete, we didn’t get after it. They got whatever they wanted early on. They pushed the basketball and got easy field goal opportunities. They shot 80 something percent (.813) in the first quarter and we gave up 32 fast break points and they dominated us in the paint with 52 points. They outworked us and the only way we got back into the game…even though we went small that group competed and they worked. At the end of the day, you exert so much energy getting back into the game that you have already given them life and confidence across the board.”
On The Memphis Grizzlies:
“They out played us. We had them two games – they made plays and we didn’t. Tonight they started off great, we fought back in. They are a very good basketball team. But when we come out ready to work and pay attention to the game plan and execute it, and are willing to make multiple effort plays I’ll take my chances against them.”
Stephen Curry
On The Second Half:
“First of all we have to come out more aggressive and not let them get that huge lead. Fortunately we had a chance to close the deficit, at that point you are at home, you have the fans in the games you have to take control.”
On Playoff Chances:
“Mathematically we are still in it, there is always a chance. It’s going to be a tough task because we have a lot of games to make up; we have to go on a run. We are still focus on that goal.”
On Coming Off The Bench:
“Just trying to figure out how many minutes I can play and how my ankle is going to respond. It’s not where I want it to be so I’m just trying to be effective as I can when I am in there.”
David Lee
On Memphis' First And Third Quarter Runs:
“Well it lies with the first unit and that lies on me being a team captain. I will take the responsibility. Defensively they hit shots and got a lot of points off the pick and roll. Offensively we weren’t hitting shots, we weren’t executing probably.”

OK, so we SHOULD consider trading for Dwight Howard, but NOT Javale McGee!
