Golden State Warriors @ Houston Rockets: Where are these two surprise teams going?

A *healthy* Stephen Curry and Andrew Bogut, plus a little Linsanity- what more could you possibly want?

Lee needs to go All-Star in this matchup tonight.

Blog Buddy: The Dream Shake

At the beginning of the season what would you say or do if I told you the Warriors would have 30 wins before the All-Star break and the Rockets would have a 3.5 game lead over the Lakers for the final seed in the Wild Wild West?

You'd probably tell me to stop the madness.

What would you say or do if I told you the Warriors would feature 2 All-Stars (David Lee and Stephen Curry- fingers crossed) and the Rockets' James Harden would average 25.8 ppg?

Well, you'd probably tell me to stop the Linsanity!

This is surprisingly where both teams are at, but where are these two teams going?

Obviously on the Warriors side there's tremendous optimism with youth (Klay Thompson, 2 rookie starters in Harrison Barnes and Festus Ezeli) and the defensive monster we all love from Australia. On the Rockets side there's the hope that Jeremy Lin can raise his game and have some semblance of consistency. As a Bay Area hoops fan I'm rooting for both the Warriors and Rockets with Lin to move up the NBA ladder- but not tonight of course. I'm just rooting for the Dubs.

Let's get this Lin win! (Was it just me, but did the Lin nicknames last year in the peak of Linsanity just get out of control? At least I'm not a hypocrite.)

Like The Roots would say, "DO YOU WANT MORE?!!?!!!"
