RicBucher: Let's put a moratorium on saying the Warriors are over-achieving because they're too young to know they're not

supposed to be doing what they're doing. In fact, let's stop saying they're over-achieving. With Steph Curry having figured out what to do when teams trap him on the pick-and-roll -- in short, give the ball up and trust his teammates -- Klay Thompson on the verge of being as good a two-way 2 as any in the league; Harrison Barnes having provided a whole new dimension as a stretch 4; Andrew Bogut and Festus Ezeli providing a solid tag team at 5; and Jarrett Jack, Carl Landry and Draymond Green giving Mark Jackson options to create mismatches off the bench, this is a very good team. They are a young team, to be sure, but they're doing what they're doing because they have as many quality shooters as any team remaining in the playoffs. They are not, inherently, a great rebounding team or a great defensive team, but succeeding in those areas is as much effort and instinct as anything else; they have the guys who have the instinct and Mark Jackson has found a way to inspire them to put in the necessary effort.
