According to the great Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports:
Warriors still working to make moves, so my suggestion they're out of play with Dwight Howard is premature. They have tentacles everywhere.

While many might think that this puts the Golden State Warriors out of the Dwight Howard sweepstakes, it might convince Dwight to seriously considering joining something of a super-team with Stephen Curry, Andre Iguodala and a combination of David Lee, Harrison Barnes and Klay Thompson.
Warriors trade Biedrins, Jefferson, Rush to Utah, clear space to sign Iguodala | http://t.co/9LIRNJh51u

That's all we know so far but everything points to the notion that Bob Myers' due diligence has turned into something more. With an elite perimeter defender locked up, two expiring contracts gone, along with a player coming off serious knee surgery, there will surely be more to come. The Warriors probably gave away a pick in the deal too, unprotected, but if they win as expected, it might not matter as much.
At this point, Dwight to the Warriors isn't as farfetched as sending Andris Biedrins and Richard Jefferson away.
Just know: tentacles, man. They're everywhere.
