So normally at this point, I'd be thinking to myself that the Golden State Warriors just getting a split in the first two games of a road playoff series is enough - stealing home court advantage is the first step to winning a series as the low seed and having Roaracle to look forward to gives the Warriors a much better shot at winning this thing than we might have first expected.
But now I'm getting a little greedy.
Dubs looking to go up 2-0... They haven't won the first 2 games of a series since a 3-gm sweep of Utah in the 1st round of the '89 playoffs

In fact, it would be just the 3rd time in team history the Warriors have won the first 2 games of a series on the road ('89 & '69 playoffs)

In addition to potentially making a little more history this season, a win tonight would shut down the notion that Game 1 was a fluke that the Clippers only lost because of poor officiating - tonight the Warriors have a shot at further proving the doubters wrong (and yes, I was among them entering this series), which would just make the win that much sweeter.
Regardless of the outcome, let's just hope that the refs don't become the story again.
Go Warriors!
