2014 Las Vegas Summer League game thread: Golden State Warriors vs. L.A. Lakers at 7 p.m. on NBA TV

The still-undefeated Warriors face the still-laughable Lakers at 7 p.m. in the Las Vegas Summer League.

Warriors vs. Lakers

The undefeated Golden State Warriors (2-0) face the winless L.A. Lakers tonight at 7 p.m. on NBA TV.

Andy has already summarized the Warriors' first two games and tonight they face a Lakers team that features lottery pick Julius Randle in the paint, which should be an interesting test for Warriors center Ognjen Kuzmic.

Seth Curry doing his thing for the Suns

If Santa Cruz Warriors star Seth Curry is trying to play his way out of the D-League, he's doing a pretty good job of it.

Curry had a game-high 26 points, including 5-for-7 3-point shooting, to lead the Phoenix Suns to a 93-82 win over the Milwaukee Bucks earlier today. The Suns, a team that apparently loves young scoring guards, used Curry with rookie point guard Tyler Ennis in the game, according to Seth Pollack of SB Nation's Bright Side of the Sun. Pollack summarized the game earlier, including a quote from Curry describing the value of the D-League to him.

"I'm experienced playing four years in college and then playing in the D-league learning the NBA game. I think it gives me a little bit of an advantage getting up and down knowing the style of play and the pace of the game and things like that."

Curry's next game will be against the Philadelphia 76ers tomorrow at 8 p.m.
