With the Golden State Warriors playing the New Orleans Pelicans on national TV, Stephen Curry was apparently looking to make a statement.
Curry finished the first half with 29 points, including four threes and a scorching hot first quarter to help the Warriors to a 59-49 lead over the Pelicans.

I mean, there are so many highlights to choose from already, but this is the one that caught my eye:
Despite the relatively close score, the Pelicans simply looked overmatched with multiple players injured and star Anthony Davis forced to do so much on both ends.
And if the Pelicans can't find an answer to Curry's superhuman powers within the Warriors' team concept, I'm not sure what they'll be able to do to pull out a win in Oracle.
