The Warriors head east on I-80 to take on the Kings in their farewell season at Sleep Train Arena. Golden State reigned as kings of Northern California last season by defeating Sacramento each of the four times they played one another by an average of 22 points per game. Tip-off for tonight's game is 7:00 p.m. PST. According to GSW Stats the Warriors play well on the weekend:
"Golden State posted a 14-0 record on Saturday (12-0 wearing slate jerseys) in the 2014-15 regular season, its most wins in franchise history on any day of the week without a loss"
Last Time Out
The Kings lost by six points last night at home to the Houston Rockets. Neither Dwight Howard or DeMarcus Cousins played resulting in a 43 point explosion by James Harden. Cousins told Yahoo Sports' Marc Spears that he plans to make his return to action Monday night against the Spurs. Meanwhile the Warriors continue to rewrite NBA and franchise record books after Golden State coasted to a 119-104 victory over the Denver Nuggets last night in Oakland.
Bovada.com lists the Warriors (-1500) as 13.5 point road favorites over the Kings (+950). The over/under total is set at 221.5 according to BetOnline. Lets check out some recent betting trends for both teams courtesy of OddShark.com:

FLO's Picks
Here are my picks from last night's game against Denver:
ML - GOLDEN STATE - WIN - GS 119-104
ATS - GOLDEN STATE -17.5 - LOSS - GS by 15
O/U - UNDER - 214.5 - LOSS - 223 total points
Season totals:
ML - 6-0 (100%)
ATS - 4-2 (67%)
O/U - 2-4 (33%)
I was laughing at the 17.5 point spread against the Nuggets as the Warriors opened up a 30 point first half lead last night. The Dubs took their foot off the gas pedal and metaphorically placed it on the throat of my pick ATS by allowing the Denver to creep back into the game ever so slightly. Picking winners against the spread two out of every three games is not bad albeit with a small sample size.
Both the Warriors and the Kings are playing the second game in as many nights resulting in no real advantage for either team in terms of freshness. Golden State has won eight consecutive games against Sacramento and without Demarcus Cousins in the lineup the Dubs should have cover the 13.5 point spread with ease
Here are my picks for tonight's game:
ML - GOLDEN STATE
ATS - GOLDEN STATE -13.5
O/U - OVER - 221.5
