Curry breaks 3-point record in Warriors win

Oracle Arena was set ablaze by Steph Curry as the Warriors continue their record setting season.

Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports

Stephen Curry broke his own record of most 3-pointers made in a single season as the Warriors ran past the Blazers Thursday night at Oracle. Coming off their longest losing streak of the season (at a modest two games) the Warriors looked determined not to extend that streak any further. Steph Curry stole the national spotlight with 45 points and 10 assists in a 116-105 victory over Portland. Each of the Warriors starting five had an impressive floor game, highlighted by Draymond Green's 11 points and 14 rebounds.

Golden State avoided their longest losing streak of the season as an already banged up Portland squad took another blow. Aaron Afflalo left the game late with a shoulder injury and did not return. The Dubs extend their home winning streak to 15 games and improve to 36-2 at home overall, tying a franchise record for wins at home with the 75'-76' Warriors.

You can check GSoM later for a more in depth recap of tonight's game, but for now here are the highlights of tonights action:
