Jimmy Butler of the Chicago Bulls has been named the 2014-15 NBA Most Improved Player per NBA.com's Official Release. The Bulls forward was selected in his first All-Star appearance and averaged career highs in scoring (20.0), rebounding (5.8) and assists (3.3) this year.
Butler received 92 first-place votes for 535 total points while runner-up Draymond Green garnered 11 first-place votes and 200 total points.
Golden State's Klay Thompson rounded out the top five in MIP voting with 42 total points.
