Sam Amick of USA Today highlights the specifics of the deal. It can also be noted that Green actually took less than the max.
Draymond Green's deal with the Warriors is fully guaranteed, I'm told. No options.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that Green and the Warriors had broken off contract talks. Perhaps, Green's camp wanted to gauge the market before committing to Golden State's offer. Nevertheless, Green and the Warriors ultimately agreed to contract terms on the first day of free agency.
Green averaged 11.7 points, 8.2 rebounds, 3.7 assists in 31.5 minutes this past season with Golden State (all career-highs). He earned the starting lineup job and was an integral cog in helping the Warriors win the 2015 NBA championship.
(Edit: even better, it's 5/$82M.)
Here are the actual salaries: $14.26M/ $15.33M/ $16.4M/ $17.47M/ $18.54M.... $82M total.
