Leandro Barbosa and Shaun Livingston are in Brazil working out together. Mostly that involves running in sand. And also, apparently, chilling on boats.
Let's investigate:
Here they are running in sand:
Let me tell you what, I've played frisbee on the beach once or twice (what's up Stinson?) and I can confirm that running in sand is way harder than running on, say, a basketball court. So yeah, good on them. Side note: Barbosa's long-limbed prance is just too good.

Also, this is cooooooool. Can we make this into an Olympic sport? I mean, hell the Olympics are about to be in Rio.
Lastly, I'm just gonna go ahead and assume this is in Brazil as well. Go get it Shaun, you've earned it.
So, what have we learned?
The key to a successful, sustained career in the NBA is sandrunning, sandvolleyballeying, and chilling on boats. Sounds pretty nice.
#BeepBeep indeed.
