There should be a fair amount of competition for the final roster spots at the Warriors' training camp this year, which will open in less than two weeks.
Already with 19 players on its training camp roster, Marc Stein of ESPN reports that Golden State is finalizing a camp deal with ex-Magic guard Ben Gordon.

Stein also notes that the Warriors were looking to an extra shooter and Gordon, a career 40% shooter from downtown, could possibly fulfill that need.
Gordon averaged 6.2 points in 14.1 minutes with the Magic last season. At 32 years of age, Gordon would presumably be the third guard off the bench if he were to make the regular season roster.
