After taking a couple of games off during the Golden State Warriors brief road trip in Texas, Stephen Curry was listed as "probable" for tonight's game against the Denver Nuggets at Oracle Arena.
Of course, with a Nuggets team that has won just one of their last seven games, it might just make more sense to give Curry another day off with five games in the next eight days coming up...but I'll trust the professionals working with the Warriors to offer more appropriate insight.
Unfortunately, just as the team gets Curry back, they'll be losing two other players: according to Rusty Simmons of the San Francisco Chronicle, James Michael McAdoo and Brandon Rush will be out tonight with injuries reported in a bit more detail by CSN's Monte Poole.
Oh well - when your backup plan is to start 2015 NBA Finals MVP Andre Iguodala, I guess life isn't all that bad.
Regardless of who's ultimately out there, let's hope the Warriors get 2016 started right with a comfortable win over a team they really should beat.
