At the start of the third quarter against the Dallas Mavericks, Steph Curry hopped up to defend an innocuous defensive play when he stepped wrong and caused the collective heartbeat of Dub nation to skip a beat. We will update as news emerges, but for now, Steph was able to play through the injury tonight.

It looked relatively minor, and Steph was able to continue to play for a moment before heading to the locker room. The wise Jim Barnett of CSN recommended ice for Steph. Here’s a look at the severity of the ankle roll:

Ultimately, Curry re-emerged from the locker room with five minutes left in the third quarter and checked back into the game right away. He subsequently wobbled on it almost immediately, but the Warriors left him in to play through it, as the Mavs were quickly cutting into the lead in his absence.
