Warriors at Pelicans GameThread: Zaza Pachulia out again, JaVale McGee will start

Warriors look to end their long road trip with a win in New Orleans

Kelley L Cox-USA TODAY Sports

For the third straight game the Warriors will be without their starting center. And for the third straight time, we are going to see a different player take the starting spot.

It's officially the beginning of the JaVale McGee era!!! According to coach Steve Kerr, they will be giving JaVale McGee the start against Anthony Davis and the New Orleans Pelicans. McGee has been relatively solid in limited minutes so far this season, boasting an average of 3.3 blocks, 22.7 points and 10.8 rebounds per 36. That said, he has yet to play more than 15 minutes in a game, so we'll see how this goes.

Who will be our starting center at the end of the season?
