Warriors fans, can you please look this way...
Ouch. Let's forget about what happened to the Warriors in LA Sunday afternoon. ESPN called it "One of the largest upsets in NBA history" and boy this was an ugly game for Dubs fans. Golden State shot 40% in field goals at 37/92 shooting. We died on the 3-point line shooting 4/30 at 13%. I'll tip my hat to LA for shocking an upset on the defending champs. These things happen, it's time to build up another streak and avoid their first back to back loss of the season.
The Magic is looking to capitalize on Golden State's loss when they head into Oakland. This Orlando team is trying to avoid their second straight loss after losing 102-84 against a depleted Phoenix Suns team. The Magic's leading defender Victor Oladipo may be out for tonights game with lower back issues. Hopefully Golden State can take advantage of their set backs and the teams woes.
Key to the game: Learn from your mistakes!
Whether it's reviewing tape from yesterdays defeat or getting a good practice session prior to tip off, one things for sure: Adjustments need to be made.
Highlight Predictions:
- Steve Kerr. His team will respond on the court, hopefully with a huge statement win. They're just going to need a little extra push from their Coach. It'll be interesting to see what he's got up his sleeve against Orlando.
- The Splash Brothers need to make a "splash" entrance at home. Although they combined for 33 points, Steph and Klay were 1 of 18 on the 3-point line. with the home crowd behind them, they need to turn things around.
- Speaking of the Roaracle crowd. Our team is going to need us tonight. Let's give em' the energy they need to bounce back and avoid their first home loss of the season.
Win Prediction: Warriors bounce back from an ugly loss in LA and beat the Magic 117-105.
