With the Portland Trail Blazers defeating the L.A. Clippers tonight, the Golden State Warriors now have their opponent and a schedule for the second round of the 2016 NBA Playoffs.
The Warriors will begin their series against the Blazers by hosting Game 1 of the second round on Sunday, May 1 at 12:30 p.m. PST. Most notably, there will be three days between Game 2 on Tuesday and Game 3 on Saturday, which will give injured superstar Stephen Curry more time to recover from injury and hopefully return early enough in this series to make a difference.

Playoff schedule for the second round series between Golden State & Portland (via @JeffZillgitt).
With Curry apparently progressing well in his rehab and angling to return before the May 9 target date, according to Ethan Strauss of ESPN (h/t BornInDaEB for the FanShot), there's a chance that the Warriors would get him back for or before Game 4, which could make quite a difference in the direction of the series with the Warriors getting the first two games at home.
We'll have more on the series over the next day or so, but feel free to drop your thoughts on the series in the comments below.
