We expected the Golden State Warriors to beat the Oklahoma City Thunder on pick and rolls, but they so thoroughly exploited that advantage in the first half of tonight's game that it almost brought into question my series prediction of Warriors in 6.
Whether it was Enes Kanter, Steven Adams or even Dion Waiters, the Warriors found the weakness in the Thunder's defense and consistently pounded at it.
Then to cap it all off, Stephen Curry closed the half with one of those shots that video game developers are struggling to approximate to put the Warriors up 60-47.
Steph at the buzzer because of course.

I mean, I'm not going to make the mistake of dismissing the Thunder as so many people did when they played the San Antonio Spurs in the second round, but it's just hard to see how they solve their defensive problems given their personnel. And if they do solve a defensive problem, they'll have problems on offense.
So the first half bodes well for the Warriors. Let's see if they can close this thing out with a win.
