The Golden State Warriors have a huge week of games starting next Monday on MLK day as they are set to take on the Cavaliers, Thunder and Rockets.

However the Warriors can not get ahead of themselves as the Detroit Pistons make their only trip to Oracle Arena of the season on Thursday night.

Kevin Durant scored 32 points in Golden States’ 119-113 victory in Detroit back on December 23rd. Steph Curry chipped in with 25 points and eight assists and Draymond Green recorded a double-double with 10 rebounds and 12 assists in his first game back after the birth of his son.

The Warriors enter tonight’s contest vs the Pistons as 13 point favorites and have won 10 of the last 11 match-ups between the two teams. However Golden State has failed to cover the spread in their last five games where as Detroit is 2-5 ATS in their last seven games overall.

The total has gone over in six of Detroit’s last seven games as well as four of Golden State’s last six games at home. But there is usually a struggle for points when these two teams play, as five of the last six games between the Warriors and Pistons have gone under, with the lone exception being the most recent match-up in December when 232 total points were scored.
