228.5 Total Points |
The Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers will square off tonight at 5:00 PM (PST) at Oracle Arena in a much anticipated NBA Finals rematch on MLK Day.
The Warriors have won seven of their last eight games and enter Monday night as eight point favorites over the Cavs. However both Cleveland and Golden State have covered the spread just once in their last seven games overall.
The over/under total for tonight’s matchup is currently set at 228.5 total points. The total has gone under in five of the last seven games for the Warriors in which the closing total was at least 224.5 or higher.
However Golden State averages a blistering 120.9 ppg at home and has seen the total go over in four of their last six games at home. The total has also gone over in ten of Cleveland’s last 14 games on the road.
The Warriors are 14-7 all-time on Martin Luther King Day, including a 34 point victory over the Cavs last year in Cleveland.
