The Golden State Warriors will face the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight, which means that we will get to see Kevin Durant face Russell Westbrook for the second time this season.
And I don't think anyone will be claiming that there isn't some additional personal emotion between those two former All-Star teammates.
The Warriors come in looking to build off their inspired performance against the Cleveland Cavaliers while continuing to work toward fully accommodating the talents of Durant. Meanwhile, the Thunder will continue their own growth process, which includes rallying around Westbrook to fashion a contender around his talent.
The clear difference between these two teams is the depth of elite talent as the Warriors have assembled a villainous squad featuring a number of All-Stars, past and present. And the good news is that one of those All-Stars, Klay Thompson, will definitely be available after being listed as questionable earlier today.
STATUS UPDATE: Klay Thompson has arrived at Oracle Arena and is expected to play in tonight's game.

So so no matter what narrative you buy into for tonight's game, it promises to be an entertaining one, which will be made more entertaining if the Warriors score a big win.
