It’s bobblehead night in Oakland! The first ten thousand fans will get a sweet Steph Curry bobblehead, but sadly...no actual Stephen Curry?
It sure looked like it prior to the game. The Warriors recalled both Quin Cook and Damien Jones from the G-League. Later, they made it official by announcing that Shaun Livingston will be starting for Curry tonight.
Stephen Curry (right thigh contusion) will be inactive tonight; Shaun Livingston will start.

Quin Cook and his speed are a nice addition to the roster, particularly with Curry sitting out. Jones is going to run into the same frontcourt logjam that has coach Steve Kerr shuffling minutes between JaVale McGee, Kevon Looney, and Jordan Bell but it is worth noting how well Jones has been playing in Santa Cruz:

This makes for some interesting wrinkles in what was expected to be a fairly easy win. Without Curry, the Warriors are going to need to find an extra boost to keep their offense humming. If the past is any indication, it shouldn’t be too much of a problem as multiple players tend to kick in (looking at you, Klay!).
Do you have any games you are really good at? For me, it’s Foosball. We had a table in my house in High School and me and my brother would spend hours with our friends hunched over that damn thing. In fact, we got so good that we pretty much need to handicap ourselves whenever we play with others. I don’t want to sound too cocky - I’m just talking about people who don’t self-identify as being good at Foosball. So for those people, we play one-handed. It’s a minor annoyance, you’re definitely not as good, but tend to still come out with a win.
Hopefully that’s what the Warriors do tonight with Steph Curry sitting out - still come out with a win. But it’s going to be a lot closer.
And yes, since you asked? I would be more than happy to meet you for beers and some fooseball.
Updates:
Looks like Jones is with the team, but inactive tonight : (
Damian Jones will be on inactive roster tonight. But Jones will be able to watch Warriors play from the bench. Still valuable learning experience.
