The Golden State Warriors do not currently have a pick in the 2017 NBA draft. That being said, we’ve seen them buy back into the draft as recently as last year, when they sent cash to the Milwaukee Bucks for the rights to (future Hall of Famer, future All-Star, and future MVP) Pat McCaw. If there’s one thing we’ve all learned over the past few years, it’s that no matter what, we should TRUST BOB MYERS.
If you missed it, Nate just published a great primer on why we should watch the draft, and who the potential buy-in targets could be for the Warriors. Check it out.
Anything could happen, such as this:
Per @nbadraftnet, the Warriors could be targeting Nevada's Cameron Oliver (@SpaceCamm) in the second round: https://t.co/qav5FTBahW

So, what madness will transpire tonight? What shenanigans will we see? Will the Lakers trade out? Will Lonzo Ball end up in Los Angeles? Will the Celtics trade down yet again and somehow end up with every first round pick ever from now until eternity and yet still not have a star player?
We’ll find out soon. The draft is upon us!!
(Super random, but check out this dope video from my guy. It’ll make good drafting music for you, I guarantee it.)
