Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr will be on the sidelines for the Golden State Warriors for the first time since April when the team faces the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight for Game 2 of the NBA Finals.
Kerr announced his return this afternoon before even notifying the players and says he was just waiting to feel good for consecutive days before returning to the sidelines. Anthony Slater of the Bay Area News Group has typed up a full transcript of Kerr's statements to the media about his return and his approach to Game 2.
