The Golden State Warriors will wrap up their time in the 2017 Las Vegas NBA Summer League this afternoon against the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Warriors (1-4) will be looking for their second win of this year’s summer league after earning their lone win of the summer on Wednesday against the Minnesota Timberwolves in the first round of the Las Vegas Summer League Tournament. The Warriors were blown out by a Boston Celtics team without (summer) stars Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum in the second round, ending their chances to win another summer league championship.
The Clippers roster
I’ll let this random person on Twitter sum up the Clippers’ roster.
#Lakers summer league squad is stacked, with 3 2nd year Nba players & 3 rookies that were taken in the 1st round. Clippers roster is not pic.twitter.com/NAhNBU7rXc

Similar to the Warriors, the Clippers acquired second round picks in the 2017 draft to acquire rookies Sindarius Thornwell and Jawun Evans — as described by Robert Flom of Clips Nation, those picks were pretty universally lauded.
Thornwell has certainly been among the list of 2017 second round picks that have impressed in Vegas this year and even among the most impressive in Vegas to at least one pundit.
Other standouts from Vegas summer league -- Kyle Kuzma, Caleb Swanigan, Sindarius Thornwell and Bam Adebayo.

Evans has also shown off his quickness.
Jawun Evans = quick.

I’ll still take Jordan Bell on the Warriors over either of them so I’ll maintain my stance of hating on the Clippers this afternoon.
