Yesterday, we learned some preliminary details about the Golden State Warriors’ schedule for the 2017-18 NBA season.
In addition to opening the season at home against the Houston Rockets on October 17th, the Warriors will face the Cleveland Cavaliers at home on Christmas Day in a 2015-17 till infinity or whenever the Cavs trade Kyrie Irving NBA Finals rematch. The Warriors also announced that the team will receive its rings for their 2017 NBA championship prior to opening night.

Yet while we wait for the remainder of the schedule — that is expected to come out in a matter of days -- Lucas Hann of SBN’s ClipsNation has hacked the system to find a couple of additional dates: potential matchups against the rotting corpse that remains of the L.A. Clippers.
By going to this page (where you can purchase Clippers season tickets) and clicking the “see events” link, you can see the entire home schedule—all 41 games (plus three pre-season games). The entire schedule is posted at the bottom of this article, in case Ticketmaster closes this loophole.
That home schedule included two games against the Warriors:
- Monday, Oct 30, 2017 at 7:30 PM
- Saturday, Jan 6, 2018 at 12:30 PM
So that’s cool — we now know four of 82 games. In the meantime, let’s enjoy one of my favorite Stephen Curry moments ever.
