Stephen Curry is going to play tonight!
The Golden State Warriors announced about an hour before the game that Curry had been cleared to play tonight when the Golden State Warriors play the Toronto Raptors. Both team are at the top of their game, even while dealing with injuries, so this should be a be a fast, fun game.
If you haven’t been paying attention, prepare to be impressed by Toronto. Derozan is playing the bast ball of his career, and even without Lowry, this team should be able to hang with the Warriors.
Curry is back
After missing 11 games and most of December, Curry came back and was phenomenal in his return before re-aggravating the injury while warming up before the Clippers game. He’s since missed two games, and was listed as questionable coming into the day.
This is pretty much the darkest concern for Warriors fans so I know we will all be watching with baited breath. As we’ve seen over the past four years, while there’s a lot going on for this team, it is all sort of resting on the shoulders of the transformative basketball genius of Curry - who in turn is riding on these precious ankles of his.
As Nate Parham recently said in the podcast,
“The dude is so good, that he had to have some weakness to even allow this to happen.”
“You mean like in a superhero kinda way?”
“In a superhero kind of way” [emphaticly]
Other injury updates
Also, Iguodala is just perpetually listed in the injury report but should play tonight - and Casspi is still having whatever weird back injury he has.
It's official: Steph Curry is active tonight in Toronto tonight. Andre Iguodala playing, Omri Casspi out.

Seriously, what’s up with this? They say Casspi’s back is hurt because of an “illness” what sort of sickness gets your back?
Curry looks good!
Let’s go Warriors!!
