NBA and Golden State Warriors fans can rejoice: The college football season is just about over. If you like the NBA more than football, that means that Saturdays are back to being devoted to basketball.
Starting on January 20, NBA Saturday Primetime on ABC will be back, presented and produced by ESPN. And this year there’s an added, awesome twist: ESPN will be producing custom promos for each game. Here’s a sample:

The campaigns for each game star James Monroe Iglehard (Hamilton), and Utkarsh Anbudkar (Pitch Perfect), who are writing and performing them specifically for each Saturday matchup. It’s an awesome concept that should be a lot of fun.
That’s extra good news for the Warriors, who will be featured four times: January 20 against the Houston Rockets, January 27 against the Boston Celtics, February 10 against the San Antonio Spurs, and February 24 against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Regardless of how you feel about Jim Barnett and Bob Fitzgerald, it’s fun to see Golden State on national television. Getting some outside perspective (even though it’s often a little questionable) can be a fun experience.
