The Golden State Warriors will face the Los Angeles Lakers tonight in Las Vegas, which is a city actively discussed as a potential NBA city.

Joe Viray already wrote up the preview for Golden State of Mind earlier. Brady Klopfer described why Patrick McCaw is still not on the roster. Most importantly for the lineup, former Defensive Player of the Year Draymond Green has been ruled out tonight’s game, as Brady noted earlier this week. Perhaps of interest tonight as well is this question: Are LeBron James and the Lakers a threat to the Warriors this season?

(The answer is that there’s just about no way you’d include them in the top five, as suggested by Jordan Wong’s article yesterday.)

Meanwhile, there are still plenty of rumors about Warriors All-Star and two-time NBA Finals MVP Kevin Durant leaving the Bay Area after this season, as Golden State of Mind commenter clamalo posted as a FanPost earlier this evening.
