DeMarcus Cousins hasn’t let an injury keep him from being an active part of the Golden State Warriors. He’s still a ways away from returning to the court, but Cousins has been playing a role on the team’s bench, calling out instructions, and mentoring the team’s young centers.
And on Friday night, he got involved in another way: With the refs. During the first quarter of the Warriors contest against the New York Knicks in Madison Square Garden, Cousins got into a debate with referee Scott Foster, and was ejected. It’s the first ejection of the season for the team.

Cousins and Foster do have a little bit of history, and this isn’t the first time that the ref has sent Boogie to the showers early.
Scott Foster and DeMarcus Cousins have a history. Back in 2013, Foster ejected the center just before halftime in a game against the Utah Jazz. pic.twitter.com/Q5rqDeMIw5

It was pretty funny to see a player in a suit get ejected, but what can you say. Jokes aside, it’s great to see that Cousins is so involved with the team in games, even while rehabbing his torn Achilles.
