The Golden State Warriors’ will be without Shaun Livingston for today’s game in Brooklyn due to a foot injury.
Warriors coach Steve Kerr wasn’t specific about the nature of the injury, but did suggest that Livingston could also miss tomorrow’s game against the Chicago Bulls, according to Connor Letourneau of the San Francisco Chronicle.
“He’s got a little issue with his foot,” Golden State head coach Steve Kerr said. “We’re going to rest him probably tomorrow night (in Chicago), as well. We’ll give him a couple days and see how he feels.”
During Livingston’s last injury absence, a combination of Quinn Cook, Andre Iguodala, and Alfonzo McKinnie received more minutes. As rookie Jacob Evans has finally seen his first minutes on the court — albeit only garbage time — he might now be a candidate to get some minutes as well on the wing.
