On Friday the Golden State Warriors will play in Seattle for the first time in a decade, as they square off against the Sacramento Kings in their second preseason game. Unfortunately for the fans in attendance, the star-studded Warriors will be missing two key players.
Yesterday it was announced that Draymond Green would miss the game due to a minor knee injury. Today, Steph Curry joined Green, as the team announced he will miss the preseason showing due to personal reasons, and will not make the trip to Seattle.

Anytime “personal reasons” is listed as the reason for a player missing time, you hold your breath a little bit, and hope everything is fine with their loved ones. With that said, Curry did practice on Thursday before the team left Oakland, so that may be a good sign.
While he won’t play tomorrow, Stephen Curry did practice Thursday morning in Oakland.

Speaking of practicing, Green was able to do some work on Thursday as well. So while he’ll still sit out the game, it looks like he should be back soon.
Draymond Green did some work today, but not going to play as planned on this preseason game in Seattle.

We’ll keep you updated with any more news that comes out. Hopefully all is okay in the Curry household.
