Yesterday was a wondrous spring day. I had friends and family neck deep in celebrating Resurrection Sunday, Easter, April Fools, and Star Wars night at Oracle Arena.

That’s a cold Darth Vader pose! Anyways, on a jam-packed Sunday, a few Golden state Warriors players jam-packed the box scores in their 117-107 romp over the hapless Phoenix Suns. Allow me the liberty of providing some of the best Dub stat lines from yesterday’s victorious campaign:
- Draymond Green - 13 points, 12 assists, 6 rebounds, 5-of-8 shooting from the field (3-of-5 from three point range).
- Kevin Durant - 29 points, 11 rebounds, 8 assists, 12-of-19 shooting (3-of-6 from downtown)
- Klay Thompson - 23 points, 10-of-19 shooting (2-of-5 from beyond the arc)
- Quinn Cook - 19 points, 6 assists, 3 steals, 7-of-11 shooting (3-of-5 from distance).
I’m assuming there’s a good chance a lot of folks missed the battle, due to all of the other festivities. In that case, one may take a quick perusal of these beautiful stats and make a snap judgment on Durant being the Warrior Wonder.
Not so fast, “Blog Boy” (or “Girl”).
You see, our noble Emperor Durant has made it clear that you cannot miss the game, read the numbers, and form an opinion. As an orator of the Golden Kingdom, I stand in full compliance with the reigning NBA Finals MVP’s decree. Any, and all, who disagree shalt receive the Dagger Three of Doom that destroyed the entire city of Cleveland last summer.
Surely, you don’t want that hellfire rained down upon your computer or mobile device for disobeying the Slim Reaper’s sage warning?
Wait, what’s that? He doesn’t like the “Slim Reaper” nickname either?! Oh, c’mon KD!
Let’s go to some highlights!

Those highlights were, in fact, quite spicy. But, according to Emperor Durant’s logic, we would best be advised to actually ask someone who saw the game in person as to who the Warriors Wonder should be. Hey Quinn Cook, how wondrous was it playing with KD last night?

“It’s definitely a dream for me to be out there with Kevin”, confessed Cook. I think that’s all the confirmation I need to make KD the first Warriors Wonder for April!
WHO DARES TO DISAGREE?!
