Much of the discussion has been about who will start for the Warriors, but Steve Kerr is holding his cards close to his chest. It looks like we won’t find out until tip-off who is taking the floor as the fifth starter next to the All-Stars. Could it be JaVale McGee again? Kevon Looney? Andre Iguodala?

A polite Steve Kerr: “No”

Steve Kerr: “If you’d like, you can assume that. Totally up to you.”
Oh, Steve. So it’s gonna go like that, is it?
One of the more interesting tidbits of the day came from Rockets head coach Mike D’Antoni, who admitted that Houston is an underdog, despite being the top seed, and having home court advantage.
Rockets coach Mike D'Antoni: "We have the right amount of fear and the right amount of confidence. Obviously we're the underdog. ... When you go against the champ, you've got to knock them out."— Tim MacMahon (@espn_macmahon) May 14, 2018
That sounds like a healthy mindset, but it still puts something of nefarious smile across my face.
Also of note: Kerr was emphatic that Stephen Curry will not be on a minutes restriction, and will only cut the minutes short if Curry’s conditioning dictates it, which certainly doesn’t seem likely.
Get pumped, Dub Nation. It’s time.
