Not surprisingly, it looks like Game 4 of the NBA Finals is going to be a close one. The Golden State Warriors came out of the gate with energy and passion, hell-bent on securing the sweep that eluded them last year. But the Cleveland Cavaliers answered with toughness and perseverance, and turned a big deficit into a lead of their own.
But the Warriors bounced back, and lead at the break 61-52.
Stephen Curry came out firing, with 12 points early on and some exceptional passing. He has 20 at the half, with a quartet of triples. For the Cavs, LeBron James leads the way with 16 points.
The Warriors, of course, are known for their third quarter runs. Another one of those could all but end the game, and send another trophy to Oakland.
24 minutes left, Dubs fans. And perhaps just 24 minutes until we get to celebrate a second consecutive NBA championship for those wonderful Golden State Warriors.
