The Golden State Warriors are undefeated in two Summer League games, and today they’ll try to make it a clean sweep at the California Classic by beating the Los Angeles Lakers. After the game, they’ll head off to Las Vegas, for even more Summer League!

What: Golden State Warriors vs Los Angeles Lakers, California Classic Summer League

When: 12:00 p.m. PT

Where: Golden 1 Center, Sacramento, California

TV: NBA TV

Game two for Evans

The Warriors selected Jacob Evans with the 28th pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, and he already looks like a perfect fit. Evans missed the first game of Summer League with a toe injury, but made his debut on Tuesday.

Today he’ll look to build on his first game, where he scored 13 points, but only shot 5-12.

Start of a rivalry?

It’s Summer League, so we won’t see Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, LeBron James, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, or DeMarcus Cousins on the floor. We won’t even see Lonzo Ball, Kyle Kuzma, or Brandon Ingram.

But it’s still exciting! Lakers-Warriors games will be must-see TV this season, and here’s the first installment, even if it’s lacking the star talent.
