The Golden State Warriors will be locking horns with the Oklahoma City Thunder today for a Sunday matinee. This will be a tough battle as the shorthanded Warriors have learned they will be without their crucial big man, Kevon Looney, for some time.

In his absence, newcomer Marquese Chriss will get the nod at center.
Alec Burks (ankle) won’t play today. With Looney out, Marquese Chriss will start at center.

This will be a mighty test for the Warriors depleted frontline, as the Thunder have a monster in the middle name Steven Adams. Golden State could be in big trouble if they don’t wall off Adams and the rest of Oklahoma City’s athletes from the paint.
On the perimeter, the matchup of note will be the backcourt battles between Stephen Curry/D’Angelo Russell vs Chris Paul/Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Get your popcorn ready, as these two duos will be going for each others necks all day long.
After parking on the couch and watching football for the last month, it’ll be fun flipping in between pigskins and the roundball. Let’s go Dubs!
