Both the Golden State Warriors and New Orleans Pelicans are battling injuries to their key contributors, and the Pels got a bit of a bad news before the start of tonight’s game, with star guard Jrue Holiday ruled out.

New Orleans still has some guards they can throw out the Warriors, as Lonzo Ball, JJ Redick, Josh Hart, and rookie Nickeil Alexander-Walker are all in the mix.
The Warriors haven’t been able to guard anybody since the season started, so it will be interesting to see if they can limit the Pelicans non-Holiday options. If not, the Dubs will be in for their third straight long night.
And if it comes at the hands of Lavar Ball’s son, I’m sure the elder Ball will be quick to remind everyone that he’s been saying his son is better than Steph Curry.
If the Dubs can’t stop that from happening, it might be time to have one those players only meetings or whatever terrible teams do when they can’t stop being terrible. It’s been so long that the Warriors have been in that position that I kinda forgot what the protocol is.
LET’S GO DUBS!
