When will the Warriors next win?

It could be very soon? But . . . it might not be.

There’s bad news, and there’s good news.

The bad news is that the Warriors haven’t won since November 27, and have dropped four straight games - three of which weren’t close.

The good news is that the team is gaining health. D’Angelo Russell returned on Wednesday. Draymond Green and Kevon Looney recently came back. Jacob Evans III is on the mend.

But wait, there’s more good news: The Warriors have a good chance at stopping their losing skid. There aren’t too many winnable games for a team that sports the league’s worst record, but a few of them are coming up.

The Warriors are a dismal 4-19. It’s fair to wonder when they’ll next win. So let’s take a look.

On Friday night, the Warriors visit the Chicago Bulls. The same Chicago Bulls that the Warriors beat over a week ago, in their most recent win. The Bulls aren’t as bad as the Warriors, but they’re far from good. However, they are at home.

Then on Monday, Golden State is back at home, to host the Memphis Grizzlies. Were you wondering what their most recent victory was, prior to the Bulls win? Well, you guessed it: A W over the Grizz on November 19. Memphis is bad, and Golden State will be home, and well rested. This is a game that they not only can win, but you could argue that they should win.

But if they don’t? Well, how about the Crappy Bowl, presented by Burger King? That would take place on Wednesday, when the Dubs host the New York Knicks. That’s the worst net rating in the league (per cleaning the glass) hosting the second-to-worst. Oh, buddy.

If the Warriors want to break their losing streak, they’d better get it done in those three games. After that they face the Utah Jazz, Sacramento Kings, and Portland Trail Blazers. No fun.

The quest for win #5 has been underway for over a week. How much longer will it go?
