The Golden State Warriors visit the Charlotte Hornets tonight at 4:00 p.m. PT on NBC Sports Bay Area. It’s the first time these two teams have faced each other this year, with the second and final matchup coming on March 31 back in Oakland.
For the Warriors, a trip to Charlotte means that Steph Curry gets to return home, and that means a lot of fans coming out on the road.

It’s a quick turnaround for Curry, Kevin Durant, and Klay Thompson, who were all in Charlotte eight days ago to compete in the 2019 NBA All-Star Game. If Durant can repeat his performance from a week ago, when he earned his second All-Star Game MVP award, then the Warriors will likely be in good shape.
Speaking of the All-Star Game, we’re treated to an All-Star starter matchup at the point guard position, where Curry will face off against Kemba Walker, a fellow starter on Team Giannis.
The Warriors will be without Jordan Bell (flu-like symptoms) for the contest, though it appears that Draymond Green will play, despite spraining his ankle on Saturday.
Injury report for tonight's game at Charlotte: Draymond Green (left ankle sprain) and Shaun Livingston (left hamstring tightness) are probable. Jordan Bell (flu-like symptoms) and Damian Jones (left pectoral surgery) are out.

Tonight marks the first game of a four-game road trip for the Warriors, so look for them to try and end the game early, and get some rest for the starters. If not, it could be a long week.
Hopefully you’re home from work in time to catch this early game, and if so, join us in the comments to talk about it!
